User need
LBS buildings can be difficult to navigate, and existing floor plans do not provide turn by turn directions.
Product approach
Digitise floor plans into a routing graph, locate the starting point using QR codes or landmarks, and interpret natural language requests.
Programme target
Cover teaching rooms and campus facilities with searchable routes and a step free option. Use pilot feedback and discussions with Facilities and IT to decide on further integrations.
